By placing an order with Shanorla, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
Processing Times
- Custom Units: All wigs are custom made and require 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation.
- Closure Replacement Service: Requires 7 working days from the date your unit is received. This service is only available for wigs originally provided by Shanorla.
Custom Colour Orders
If you would like your wig bleached, dyed or made in a custom colour, please send us an email at Shanorla4u@gmail.com with a reference photo of your desired colour before placing your order. Our team will confirm feasibility and any additional costs before proceeding.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post or DHL Express. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect. You will be notified of any delays.

- DHL Express shipping does not include duties or taxes. Duties and taxes are subject to collection at the time of delivery by your carrier.
- Shanorla is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- Please allow a few business days for your tracking link to update via Canada Post.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
