By placing an order with Shanorla, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. This applies to hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals and customised units. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Shanorla4u@gmail.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item received and photos of the original packaging. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged where applicable.

Return & Refund Conditions

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a fault is identified, contact us within 3 days and return the item within 7 days. If the fault is on our end, Shanorla will provide you with a return shipping label after photo proof has been submitted.

For a return to be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn and unbrushed
  • Lace and tags intact
  • In original packaging
  • Free from odours or signs of use

Where a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of being worn, contain any odour, have been brushed or altered, have lace or tags removed, or show signs of tampering.
